James "Allan" Bell is a founding and managing member of our firm.  He grew up in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.  He finally settled in Shreveport where he received his Accounting degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport.  His experience spans more than 40 tax seasons.  He continues to be actively involved in all services offered by our firm.  When he's not at the office, Allan enjoys classic automobiles and driving race cars.
